1. Data we collect
- Telegram: your Telegram ID, username and language, plus your bot settings (alert toggles, language). This is what makes the bot work.
- Wallet address (optional): if you link a public wallet for tracking, we store the address. It is a public identifier; we never ask for private keys or seed phrases.
- Web: a random session identifier and your IP address, used for rate-limiting free AI usage. No advertising cookies, no trackers, no analytics scripts.
- Payments: card payments are processed entirely by Stripe — we never see or store card numbers. For crypto payments we store the transaction ID you send us.
2. What we use it for
Operating the Service: delivering alerts, enforcing Free/Pro limits, matching payments to accounts, and improving signal quality. We do not sell or rent your data to anyone.
3. Third parties
- Stripe (card payments), Telegram (bot delivery).
- AI queries you type are forwarded to our AI data provider to generate the answer. Do not include personal data in AI questions.
4. Retention
Account and usage data is kept while your account is active. If you stop using the Service you can request deletion at any time and we will remove your Telegram ID, settings and linked wallet from our systems.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of your data or its deletion by messaging @Zynkrbot. EU users have the rights provided by the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection).
6. Security
Data lives on access-controlled servers in the EU. Payment credentials never touch our infrastructure.
