1. What Zynkr is

Zynkr ("the Service") is an information and alerts service about public prediction markets (such as Polymarket and Kalshi) and sports markets. Zynkr publishes signals, statistics and educational analysis. Zynkr is not a bookmaker, exchange, broker, investment firm or financial advisor. Zynkr never accepts bets, executes trades on your behalf or holds your funds.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing prediction markets is legal where you live. The Service is provided for informational purposes only.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Zynkr Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or annual) processed by Stripe or paid in cryptocurrency.
• Prices, tiers and member caps are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Founding-member pricing is locked for as long as the subscription remains active and uninterrupted.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Crypto payments are confirmed manually against the transaction ID you provide; access starts once the payment is verified.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not resell, scrape, redistribute or publicly repost signals or alerts. They are for your personal use as a subscriber.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the Service.
• One subscription = one person. Shared accounts may be terminated.

5. No guarantees

Published win rates and ROI figures are historical, verified against public onchain resolutions where stated. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Every market opportunity depends on price, liquidity and timing at the moment you act. You alone decide whether and how much to trade, and you bear all resulting gains and losses.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zynkr and its operators are not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, service interruptions, data errors or delays in alerts. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

7. Intellectual property

The Zynkr name, logo, website content, signal formats and methodology descriptions are the property of Zynkr. Using the Service grants you no license to them beyond personal use.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the website or via the bot. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
